Each of the more than 1,300 “aviation-grade” stainless steel plates on the wall represent a story that serves as a unique and enduring tribute to someone.

Frances A. Duntz, a project director for acquisition domain capabilities integration for Stellar Innovations and Solutions Inc., will speak during the ceremony, according to the foundation.
Duntz retired from the Air Force Senior Executive Service in 2008 after 31 years and now serves as a board member of the foundation, the National Aviation Hall of Fame and the Greater Ohio Valley chapter of Women in Defense. She is also an instructor teaching leadership courses at the University of Dayton, Wright State University and Ohio State University, according to the foundation.
