Terrasana Labs, 183 Raydo Circle in Springfield, was given a Dispensary Certificate of Operation by the State Board of Ohio Board of Pharmacy, according to a statement released by the board.

Receiving a Dispensary Certificate from the state is the last hurdle a dispensary must clear before being cleared to open.

Terrasana has three other locations around the state in Columbus, Cleveland and Fremont, all of which are already operational.

There are currently 19 medical marijuana dispensaries in the state of Ohio, most of which have been opened in the northeastern part of the state.

The first medical marijuana clinic in the Miami Valley, also in Springfield, opened April 29.

The clinic is along Elcamino Drive where the Releaf Health Clinic is seeing patients.
