Nick and Drew Lachey ask people to help employee who was shot at their Cincinnati bar

Nick and Drew Lachey are asking the public for help and answers after a woman who works at their sports bar was shot in the face on Thanksgiving Day morning.

A fund has been set up to help Elizabeth "Ellie" Richardson, a 27-year-old newly-engaged mother.

The YouCaring crowdfund page reads:

Ellie sustained injuries to her face and jaw resulting from a shooting that occurred early on Thanksgiving morning. She's in stable condition, but it's still unclear how long she'll be in the hospital and what her recovery process will entail. Funds from this campaign will go toward her medical expenses and help support her and her family until she's back on her feet. Any amount is sincerely appreciated, and we want this to reach as many people as possible so please feel free to share!
