3 more shows announced at Rose Music Center

The Rose Music Center at The Heights announced Monday three more shows for its second season.

John Fogerty, Barenaked Ladies and the Tedeschi Trucks Band will be performing at the Huber Heights venue, bringing the concert total to five so far for the 2016 season.

In 2015, the Rose attracted 61,327 total attendees for the season for its 29 shows, which included one sellout. The city generated a profit of approximately $160,000.

Fogerty — the former Creedence Clearwater Revival singer, songwriter and guitarist — will perform at the Rose Music Center at 7 p.m. Friday, May 20.

Barenaked Ladies will perform at the Rose Music Center at 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 8, along with OMD and Howard Jones as part of their Last Summer on Earth 2016 tour.

Tedeschi Trucks Band returns to the Rose Music Center at 7 p.m. Friday, July 29, for the Wheels of Soul tour, joined by Los Lobos and North Mississippi Allstars.

Doors open at 6 p.m. the day of the concerts.

Tickets for all three shows go on sale at 11 a.m. Friday at www.Ticketmaster.com, www.RoseMusicCenter.com, the Rose Music Center box office, all Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 800-745-3000.

The Rose Music Center box office is open for limited hours during the winter, from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays.

The season's first two shows were announced last month: Widespread Panic will perform at the venue at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 1, and Vince Gill will perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, May 7.

The 4,200-seat Rose is fully covered, primarily is fixed seating, parking is included in the ticket price and is located off Interstate 70 between Ohio 201 and Ohio 202. An 8-foot-by-14-foot LED video screen is located on each side of the stage.
