Mercy Health to move Springfield, Urbana occupational health services, extend hours

Mercy Health has announced it is making changes to its Springfield and Urbana occupational health services programs to better meet the needs of employers and their staff.

On Monday, July 15, Mercy Health will transition its occupational health services to new, more centralized locations offering expanded hours.

“We value the long-standing relationships we have with local businesses and are pleased to announce changes to our occupational health services to better meet their needs,” said Lee Syphus, Vice President of Mercy Health Physicians — Springfield. “The new occupational health services locations are more centrally located and offer expanded hours and access to a wider array of testing for the convenience of employers and their employees.”

The Springfield occupational health practice will move from 2501 E. High St. to Mercy Health — Springfield Walk-In Care located at 1343 N. Fountain Blvd. Suite 250 in Springfield.

The Urbana occupational health practice will move from 904 Scioto St. to Mercy Health — Urbana Internal Medicine located at 900 Scioto St. Suite 4 in Urbana.

Both new locations will offer expanded hours and will be open from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. until noon on Saturday. They will also offer easy access to medical testing services, including MRI scans, CT scans and X-rays.
