Man arrested in Noah Kinser homicide case indicted on murder charges

A Coshocton County man arrested in connection to the shooting death of Miamisburg teenager will face criminal charges.

Chaz Gillilan, 30, was indicted by a Montgomery County grand jury Tuesday on murder, aggravated robbery and several other charges in connection to the death of Noah Kinser, according to court records.

Gillilan was arrested last week in Belmont County and has yet to be transferred to the Montgomery County Jail, according to jail records.

Kinser, 18, was shot and killed during a home invasion on Dec. 30 in an apartment on North First Street. A 14-year-old was also injured in the shooting.

Gillilan is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in Montgomery County June 4.
