Clear skies lately will help you find two planets this month.
The first few weeks of March, Venus and Mercury stay close together.
>> Download our free WHIO Weather AppOn March 18, look to the western sky just after sunset. Not only will Venus and Mercury be visible, the thin crescent moon will be just to the left of the planets. If you find the moon first, finding Venus and Mercury will be much easier.
On March 19 and 20, the moon will be above the two planets.
The sunset will be near the end of the 7 p.m. hour the rest of the month. By March 31, sunset will be around 7:59 p.m.
