At a Christmas party last week, Bishop and others were talking about the possibility of having a New Year’s baby, despite her Jan. 11 due date, she said. She was in labor for nearly 11 hours, Bishop said.
“I thought it went pretty quick,” she said. “It was well worth it.”
Brennan is the second child for Bishop, who also has a daughter. He weighed 7.6 pounds, was measured at about 21 inches long and has blue eyes.
“I honestly thought he was going to be way bigger,” Bishop said. “They told me my whole pregnancy he was going to be a big baby.”
