The Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to the cat being stuck and called for a local fire department to rescue the animal.

However, firefighters were unable to reach Chicken, so deputies called JT Tree Service, based in Bellefontaine. Normally, it would cost at least $200, but the owner would not take any money after the cat was rescued.

Chicken, who reportedly was mentally disabled as a kitten, is now back on the ground and safe with its owner.
