DETAILED FORECAST

Overnight: It will be cloudy with a few passing flurries or snow showers overnight as an upper level piece of energy moves through, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist McCall Vrydaghs said.

“An additional light accumulation in spots is possible by morning. Roads may be slick, especially on overpasses and bridges, so drivers should stay extra cautious overnight into the early morning hours of Wednesday,” Vrydaghs said.

Temperatures will fall to the upper teens, but will feel more like the single digits around sunrise.

Wednesday: A cold morning with wind chills in the single digits to lower teens along with a few leftover flurries. Some roads may be slick from overnight snow showers. Clouds will break in the afternoon, but it will stay cold with highs around 30 degrees.

Thursday: Clouds increase with the chance of a few rain showers toward evening. Highs will be in the upper 30s. As temperatures fall at night a bit of mixing is possible.

Friday: Scattered rain showers are expected at times, but it will be milder with highs in the upper 40s.

Saturday: Rain likely, along with breezy and mild conditions with highs in the upper 50s. A few rumbles of thunder are are possible.

Sunday: Skies will be mostly cloudy with a few lingering showers possible. It will be breezy and a bit cooler with highs in the lower 50s.
