Scholarships

The recipients of scholarships of $5,000 or more include:

Derick Byrd, son of Terra Byrd-Grupe, will attend Otterbein University. He accepted $18,000 in scholarships and grants from Otterbein.

Erin Chess, daughter of Carol Hill and Kyle Chess will attend Heidelberg University. She accepted $8,000 in scholarships from Heidelberg.

Ryan Davis, son of Krista and Travis Davis, will attend either John Carroll University, Ohio Dominican University or Mariettta College. He has been offered $18,000 per year in scholarships.

Boston Gregg, son of Glenn and Maribeth Gregg, will attend Otterbein University. He has accepted $21,000 in scholarships and grants from Otterbein.

Taylor Huffman, daughter of Rhonda Spence and Robert Huffman, will attend the University of Findlay. She has been awarded the President’s Scholarship for $15,000.

Macie Jenkins, daughter of Sharma Jenkins, will attend Urbana University. She has accepted an $8,500 softball scholarship from Urbana.

Georgianna McKenzie, daughter of Phillip and Debra MeKenzie, will attend Urbana University. She has accepted more than $10,000 in scholarships from Urbana.

Michelle Moore, daughter of Tricia Deere and David Moore, will attend Otterbein University. She accepted the Dean’s Award for $11,000 from Otterbein.

Dayna Ober, daughter of Marvin and Sandra Ober, will attend Otterbein University. She received $18,000 in scholarships from Otterbein.

Faith Orecchio, daughter of Christopher and Deborah Orecchio will attend Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She accepted scholarships from Mount Vernon totaling $14,000.

William Shane, son of Richard and Shauna Shane will attend Otterbein University. He has accepted $19,000 in scholarships from Otterbein.

Jacob Watkins, son of Darcy and Jerry Watkins will attend Otterbein University. He has accepted $11,000 in scholarships.
