The incident was reported at the Sheraton Sand Key Hotel in Clearwater Beach.
Kiser, whom police said was intoxicated, became upset with a boy at the pool when he splashed water near her. She opened a bottle of vodka and poured some of it over the boy's eyes and face, then grabbed the child and pushed him into the pool, according to police.
Kiser is also accused of kicking a police officer in the groin during her arrest.
