These 17 people were indicted in Clark County

The Clark County Prosecutor’s Office announced that 17 people were indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court.

The charges include sex crimes, property crimes and violent crimes. The charges were presented to the Clark County Grand Jury and the indictments were approved by it.

The people indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court were:

Mattie Loyd, 35, of Springfield: 4 counts of forgery

Stephanie Cline, 32, of Bellbrook: 2 counts of aggravated possession of drugs

MORE: Springfield police: Man robbed store with pocket knife, pepper spray

Joseph Howell, 33, of Germantown: burglary

Valerie Funderburg, 31, of Springfield: receiving stolen property

Jack Burchett, 42: domestic violence

Victor Banta, 36, of Springfield: aggravated possession of drugs

Teresa Vanover, 58, of Springfield: burglary

James Loppe, 51, Springfield: domestic violence

Joe Jones, 56: burglary, violating protection order

Equan M Anderson, 31, of Springfield: burglary

Jeffrey Sheets Jr, 25: 2 counts of failure to appear

Harry Hughes Jr, 40, of South Vienna: domestic violence

Kevin Strodes, 47, of Springfield: possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs

Derek Frey, 37, Stone Mountain Ga.: domestic violence

Rick Evans, 60: rape, kidnapping and abduction

Tyler See. 24, Springfield: aggravated possession of drugs

Christina Detrick, 39, of Springfield: possession of heroin and aggravated possession of drugs
