A next court date in the case has not been set. A bond of $15,000 was set in the municipal court case.

A charging document filed in municipal court says police began their investigation April 17 when Kalinowski was accused of robbery.

“Defendant was arrested after he attempted to stab a victim with a large screwdriver after he was caught breaking into the victim’s truck,” the charging sheet says.

Aggravated robbery is a first-degree felony and robbery is a second-degree felony, according to online court records. According to those records, this isn’t the first time Kalinowski has been in trouble with the law. In 2008, he pleaded in a case that accused him of felonious assault. He also was previously charged with domestic violence and drug charges, the records show.
