A friend was trying to reach Cyphers but was unsuccessful, according to court records. He allegedly was later found by his friend about 6:40 p.m. Monday without clothes, unresponsive and foaming at the mouth in the bathroom of his home on South Yellow Springs Street.

Once medics arrived, Cyphers was revived with Narcan and transported to Springfield Regional Medical Center.
