16 people were indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court this week

The following people were indicted in Clark County Common Pleas Court this week:

Shauna Michelle Puckett, 26: theft

Kaitlyn Robinson, 28: possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of cocaine

Brandon Taylor, 20: receiving stolen property

William Fyffe, 47: two counts of receiving stolen property

Samirra Frazier, 18: forgery and receiving stolen property

Courtney Kettlehake, 24: two counts of endangering children

Timothy Flint, 29: abduction and felonious assault, aggravated burglary

Steven Johnson, 37: having weapons under disability and improper handling firearms in motor vehicle

Victor Cole, 27: trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present and violating protection order

Elijah Cuffie, 16: having weapons under disability, carrying concealed weapon and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle

Jeffrey Pigg, 21: improper handling of firearms in motor vehicle and ethnic intimidation

Nathaniel Newman, 32: failure to comply with order or signal of police officer

Devin Morgan, 30: trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present

Samuel Saunders, 49: trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present

Jessica Truman, 31: aggravated possession of drugs

Douglas Lovelock, 62: two counts of rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition

Demetris Clark, 32: trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine, trafficking in heroin and possession of heroin, aggravated trafficking in drugs

Kendra Hansgen, 29: illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified governmental facility and possession of cocaine
