According to the sheriff’s office, Wells is classified as a Tier III sex offender and is required, for life, to register every 90 days in the county in which he resides.
Wells is noted to have violent tendencies, according to the sheriff’s office. There are active warrants for him on charges of felonious assault in Florida and from the Springfield Police Department.
Wells is described as 6-foot-4 and 250 pounds, according to the sheriff’s office.
Anyone with information pertaining to Wells’ location is encouraged to contact the sheriff’s office at 9370-328-2560.
