Jennifer A. Emerich, 46, of 1830 Audubon Park Drive, OVI, guilty, six months driver’s license suspension, three days jail, suspended, fined $375.

Jamie L. Johnston, 38, of New Carlisle, assault, dismissed; resisting arrest, guilty, 10 days jail, suspended, fined $150.

Zachary Nathaniel Lemaster, of South Vienna, domestic violence, assault and offenses/underage person, all dismissed, prosecutor’s request.

Jeffery P. Dixon, 23, of Hilliard, OVI, guilty, six months driver’s license suspension, three days jail, suspended, fined $375.

Jacob H. Lambert, 23, of 905 Mount Joy St., domestic violence amended to menacing, guilty, 30 days jail, suspended, fined $50.

Patrick Joeseph Moore, 26, of Enon, domestic violence amended to disorderly conduct, guilty, fined $100; assault, dismissed.

Brandon M. Thompson, 23, of 309 N. Belmont Ave., assault amended to disorderly conduct, guilty, 30 days jail, suspended, six months probation, fined $100.

Gary Lee Brewer, 60, of 1407 Beverly Ave., OVI/breath, dismissed.

Robert Eugene Cottrell, 54, of 901 Bellevue Ave., OVI and failure to drive on right side of roadway, dismissed.

Camilo Gonzalez, 33, of Troy, OVI amended to physical control, guilty, three days jail, credit for time served.

Marlo Adele Kenerly, 47, of 315 S. Burnett Road, Apt. 213, OVI amended to disregard of safety, guilty, fined $150; driver’s license required and failure to control, dismissed.

Nicholas Matthews, 35, of 3285 Uplands Drive, aggravated menacing and domestic violence, dismissed.

William Oscar Riggins, 38, of 562 Prairie Ave., criminal trespassing, guilty, 30 days jial, credit for time served.
