Clark County Assistant Prosecutor Aaron Heskett said Lovelock was sentenced immediately following his plea.

Heskett said Lovelock did know the victim and that the child was elementary school aged.

“The child victim was elementary school aged and known to the the defendant,” Heskett said. “There was one child victim in this case and the offenses occured on seperate occasions at differenct places.”

Heskett said he did not want to elaborate on any more specific details of the offenses, in order to protect the child victim from further trauma.
