Clark County grand jury issues theft, robbery indictments

Clark County Prosecutor Andrew Wilson reports that the grand jury met and the following indictments were returned:

Nicholas Dale Taylor, 32, 173 E. Main St., Donnelsville: Breaking and entering, two counts of theft.

Deanna Marie Ulrich, 28, 173 E. Main St., Donnelsville: Breaking and entering, two counts of theft.

DETAILS: 2 charged with attempted murder in Springfield shooting

Rodney Oglesby, 32, 908 W. Rose St.: Robbery.

Ernest Ewers, 33: Breaking and entering.

Cheryl Anne Suttles, 40, 935 N. Limestone St., Apt. 5: Possession of cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs.

Lahkim S. Elder, 18, 335 W. Grand Ave.: Carrying a concealed weapon, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Karl Dewayne Gaston, 46: Failure to verify current address, forgery, receiving stolen property.

Kenneth Lloyd Robinson, 49, 1350 Bellefaire Ave.: Receiving stolen property.

Derrick Lee Wilford, 28, Columbus: Five counts of forgery.

Terry W. Stephens, 68, 1607 Sierra Ave.: Kidnapping, abduction, felonious assault, domestic violence.

Andrew J. Peters, 35, 2945 Ashlar Dr.: Two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Roger Tahil Jahier Lanier, 20: Failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, two counts of receiving stolen property.

Brooks Nawman, 33, 1605 Morgan St.: Burglary.

Elrashawn Tyron Dover, 18, 241 W. Johnny Lyle Ave.: Improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, carrying concealed weapon, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, receiving stolen property.
