“(The reporting person said) that he had been laying down inside of the residence when his dog began barking,” the police report says. “(He) went to the second-floor window and observed a man standing outside of the residence holding a can of spray paint.”

The report says the words “child molester” were spray-painted in dark paint onto the home, according to the report.

The man said his family had been having problems with a few individuals, the report says.

The figure looked like a man the resident knows, the report says, but no arrests were made because of a lack of suspect information.
