The two teens, ages 13 and 15, are being held in a juvenile detention center on felony charges that include poisoning with intent to injure or kill, authorities said.
When deputies questioned the suspects, they allegedly admitted to pouring bleach into the drinking water and not caring who would get sick.
One of the alleged victims, another teenager, called 911.
"I just got home and I took out my drink, and I had went on the couch and drunk a little bit, but then I smelled it and my tongue was burning, so I went in the front yard and spit it out," the girl told dispatchers.
Deputies said the two teen suspects plotted together and poured bleach into several containers after an argument with others.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office records show deputies have responded to the home nearly 80 times in the last year, mostly for runaways or disturbances.
