11th-grader accused of making deadly threats

An 18-year-old Tecumseh High School student was arrested Monday after he was accused of making a list of fellow students he wanted to kill, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said.

The 11th-grader, identified as Bradley Warmoth of New Carlisle, showed the list to several classmates and said, “this is a list of people he was going to kill,” the sheriff’s office said in a prepared statement released Monday evening.

A student shown the list reported it to her father, who reported it to school officials. Those officials began an investigation and contacted the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office investigation resulted in the arrest of Warmoth, who has been detained on a felony charge of of making terroristic threats.

The arrest occurred at the school on West National Road.

Warmoth is to be in county Municipal Court on Tuesday morning, according to the sheriff’s office.
