Although it may be tempting to photocopy coupons, especially the printable ones, it is illegal. Avoid coupon fraud by not scanning, copying, or printing more than the allotted number allowed. In addition, don’t use expired coupons unless your grocery store allows them. For example, Cub Foods accepts expired coupons up to 30 days past their expiration date. However, Kroger and Meijer both have strict policies that do not accept expired coupons. To save time and confusion, read the fine print on both sale ads and your coupons to make sure you are saving money while following all the rules and regulations.
