More stores have announced online sales during the same week as Amazon’s popular Prime Day.

The shopping discount day has expanded beyond just the popular online retailer, with more companies announcing sales as the day approaches. Prime Day is the longest yet this year at 36 hours, stretching from July 16 into July 17.

Target is the latest in a string of retailers offering big sales around the same time as Amazon’s fourth annual Prime Day.

On July 17, Target shoppers will get extra deals on home, beauty, toys, electronics and other merchandise with free two-day delivery on orders more than $35. Customers who spend $100 or more will get a free six-month membership to Target’s same-day delivery carrier, Shipt.

Target has 1,829 stores, with four in the Dayton area and 13 in the Cincinnati region.

Online technology retailer Newegg has also announced its annual four-day FantasTech sale will begin July 16. Leading up to the sale, there are already daily deals on the company’s website as a pre-sale.

Earlier this week, another online retailer eBay announced it will offer deals up to 80 percent off for one week starting the week of July 16. The website will also offer free shipping on deals including electronics, home, fashion, sporting goods and more. The announcement came the same day Amazon announced its Prime Day date.

Department stores like Macy’s are offering deals this week as well. Macy’s Black Friday in July offers up to 25 percent off through July 15

Amazon requires a Prime membership for the deals, which costs $119 for a regular membership and $59 for a Prime Student membership. Other retailers like Target and eBay don’t require memberships to take part in the sales. Those looking to take advantage of Amazon’s deal can participate in a 30-day free trial of Amazon Prime.
