Coronavirus: 74,932 cases, 3,174 deaths in Ohio

There have been 74,932 cases of coronavirus and 3,174 deaths from COVID-19 in Ohio as of Sunday, July 19, the Ohio Department of Health said.

A total of 70,755 cases and 2,916 deaths have been confirmed by the state. Since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 9,555 people have been hospitalized due to COVID-19. The Ohio Department of Health estimates that 51,068 people have recovered from coronavirus.

Coronavirus: Pop-up testing at Montgomery County Fairgrounds tomorrow

On July 20, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Public Health of Dayton and Montgomery County is hosting pop-up coronavirus testing. The testing center will be at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds at 645 Infirmary Road.

Public Health officials asked for those interested to pre-register, but the testing is free and no appointment or doctor’s recommendation is necessary.
