Normally B.O.H.A. sends what they call are "silent checks" to families of fallen officers, WGRZ reported.
This year, they were with the children as they shopped.
"We know this is not going to bring their parents back, but this is something their parents would have done with them," the group's founder Justin Collins, said.
"This is something we try to do to make the children feel special, and to let them know that these kids are not forgotten and their parents' sacrifices are not forgotten," Collins added.
