Mashable reported that a group of skaters was on a tour of Båven, a lake in Sweden, when it encountered four wild boars.
The animals were struggling to cross the lake, sliding and unable to stand properly.
Since wild boars can be aggressive when approached, the Swedish skaters found an innovative, safer way to remove the wild boars.
Taking the curling approach, the skaters used push brooms to gently nudge the boars off the lake and onto land.
The boars made it on land without incident. The Swedish nature site Natursidan reported that the boars ran out of food on the small island in the lake and ventured out.
