Kerry Washington speaks out about Photoshopped AdWeek cover


Photoshopping is a staple in the magazine world, but you know it is taken too far when a star can't recognize herself on a publication's cover.

That's the case for Kerry Washington.

She took to her Facebook to say that she was taken aback by seeing the altered photo.

"It felt strange to look at a picture of myself that is so different from what I look like when I look in the mirror. It's an unfortunate feeling," Washington wrote.

So... You know me. I'm not one to be quiet about a magazine cover. I always celebrate it when a respected publication...

The magazine admitted that the photo was changed, but only minimally and that they added more volume to Washington's hair for "dramatic effect," ABC News reported.
