“She went back to rehab two weeks ago,” the source claims. “She went back to the place she left before Christmas. She had left for three days right before Christmas and never gone back. Heather’s problem is she doesn’t get serious about anything. She was continuing to drink.”

The source claims that the actress struggles with pills, alcohol and her mental health.

“She doesn’t want anybody to hold her accountable,” the source said, according to People. “She has no job, nothing to keep her accountable. This has been tearing up her family. It’s been an ongoing issue for many many years.”

In November, TMZ reported that Locklear was placed in a 5150 hold, which came months after an earlier stint in rehab. That earlier rehab stint, which was reported in March 2018, came after she was arrested that February on suspicion of domestic violence and assault on an officer after a reported altercation with her boyfriend. The domestic violence charge was dropped, but she still faced four counts of misdemeanor battery on a police officer and one count of resisting arrest or obstructing a police officer.

On June 24, 2018, she was arrested again for attacking a cop and EMT. A day after that arrest, she was reportedly rushed to the hospital for a possible overdose.
