COLLINS, Eula Mae 86, went home to be with the Lord on March 3. She was born October 30, 1931 in Daleville, Alabama, to Wiley and Emma Rowe. She was a retiree of Sears Roebuck and Company and also worked as a teacher's aide in Dayton Public Schools. A devoted Christian, wife and mother, Eula committed her life to making life better for others. She was a foster parent and a Girl Scout leader for a decade, a board member for Montgomery County Community Action Agency, a member and volunteer for NAACP, Democratic Club, Salvation Army, Women's Empowerment Group, Jefferson Township Business Development group and more. She was a member of Mount Enon Baptist Church (a first aider, choir member, teacher) and Order of the Eastern Star, Unity Chapter 95. Preceded in death by her husband Dura Vance Collins, son, Kenneth Rowland Collins, brother Ernest Rowe, and grandson Chris Sugg. Survived by five children, Minister Lewis Carroll Collins, Linda Gail Sugg, Sheila Marie Leavelle (Roy), Kevin Duwayne Collins, and Minister Yolanda Nalesa Stephens (Eric), 15 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, sister: Willie Bell White (Archie), two brothers: Rev. Mark E. Rowe (Doris), Arguster Rowe (Frances) and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services 11 A.M., Friday, March 9, 2018 at Mt. Enon Baptist Church, 1501 W. Third St. Visitation 10 A.M.
