Ohio ALDI stores hiring to fill 300 positions


ALDI will hire to fill 300 positions at all stores in Ohio.

The grocery chain is hosting a one-day hiring spree on Feb. 12 for all of its Ohio stores. The event will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will take place at every Ohio ALDI store. Interested applicants will be able to apply at the event.

ALDI’s wages range depending on location and positions. The company also offers benefits to part-time and full-time employees, as well as a 401(k) program.

For the Dayton region, pay range includes:

Store Associate: $11.00 - $12.70 per hour (depending on location)

Shift Manager: $15.75 - $17.70 per hour (depending on location) when performing manager duties

Interested applicants must be 18 years of age, able to lift 45 pounds and have a high school diploma or GED. For the manager trainee position, previous management experience is preferred. There is also a drug screening and background check.

ALDI has locations in Dayton, Kettering, Huber Heights, Beavercreek, West Carrollton, Englewood, Centerville, Xenia, Franklin, Lebanon, Springfield and Wilmington.
