Another multi-tenant retail building will be constructed in Beavercreek.

The building will be constructed on North Fairfield Road just north of the Kentucky Fried Chicken and Long John Silvers restaurants in Beavercreek, according to city documents. An application for the project was filed by Nashville-based BSM Development.

The application requests a major modification for less than 1 acre of land to allow for the construction of a multi-tenant retail building located on the east side of North Fairfield Road and north of Kentucky Fried Chicken and Long John Silvers.
