The three will lead the RNC’s field operation in Ohio for the 2016 cycle, building relationships, attending community events and registering voters. Their goal is to build the largest grassroots organization in Ohio’s history.

“As Ohio goes, so goes the nation,” said Ohio Republican Party Chairman Matt Borges. “These new hires allow us to register the voters and develop the data we need now to win in 2016.”

Bis most recently worked for the Republican Party of Michigan, most recently as Deputy Field Director. Prince in 2012 served as finance director for the Ohio Republican Party and Cathcart served in the Kasich Administration and spent years working for the Ohio Republican Party.

The RNC is holding its national convention in Cleveland next year.
