Team Kasich is mounting a major attack against Republican front runner Donald Trump by unleashing multiple videos that call into question Trump's statements, demeanor and abilities. Both the Kasich presidential campaign and its super PAC, New Day for America, posted videos that portray Trump as dangerous and unfit to lead.

On Monday, the Kasich for America campaign released a minute-long video on its YouTube channel where former Kasich veterans affairs director Tom Moe paraphrases the famous speech from German Pastor Martin Niemoller, who spoke out against the Nazis and criticized Germans who failed to immediately stand up to Adolph Hitler's moves against minority populations.

Moe, a retired Air Force Colonel, said: "You might not care that Donald Trump says Muslims must register with the government because you are not one. And you might not care if Donald Trump says he's going to round up all the Hispanic immigrants because you're not one. You might not care if Donald Trump says it's okay to rough up black protesters because you're not one. You might not care if Donald Trump calls to suppress journalists because you're not one. But think about this, if he keeps going, and he actually becomes president, he might just get around to you. And you better hope that there is someone left to help you."

Moe, of Lancaster, was a 23-year-old Air Force pilot in Vietnam in January 1968 when his aircraft malfunctioned and he ejected over enemy territory. He was captured and tortured in prisoner of war camps for five years.

Meanwhile, New Day for America released 47-second video titled "Trump's Greatest Hits - Part 1" that leads off with Trump saying U.S. Sen. John McCain was not a war hero in Vietnam because he got caught by the enemy. McCain and Moe met in the Hanoi Hilton where they endured beatings and torture. Trump has also declared that he would bring back waterboarding and other aggressive interrogation techniques.

The Greatest Hits also include Trump's remark that if Ivanka weren't his daughter, he might be dating her; his claim that he has a "great relationship with the blacks"; and his suggestion that Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly gave him tough debate questions because she had been menstruating.

Earlier this month, New Day for America said it would be spending $6.5 million on ads in New Hampshire

Last week, Trump and Kasich engaged in a lively bout via Twitter. Trump blasted Kasich as irrelevant and pathetic. Kasich fired back with a blistering critique of Trump's foreign policy positions and changes in position.
