Bernie Sanders to hold rally in Cleveland

Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders will hold a rally in Cleveland on Monday at Cleveland State University.

Doors open at 6 p.m. for the 7 p.m. event where Sanders is expected to discuss "the major issues facing our country," according to Sanders' campaign website.

Sanders, a U.S. Senator from Vermont, is running for the Democratic party nomination against former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley.

According to RealClearPolitics' composite of several polls, Sanders is garnering support from 32.6 percent of Democratic voters while Clinton leads the field with 54.2 percent. O'Malley has support from 2.4 percent.

Sanders has drawn huge crowds -- more than 20,000 last month in Boston -- to his rallies.
