Fiery crash on I-70
An accident left I-70 covered in debris and flames in Springfield. Check out video shot by Springfield News-Sun photographer Marshall Gorby.
Two people died in the fiery five-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 Wednesday, Aug. 3. The accident happened between Rebert Pike and Old Mill Road. Traffic on I-70 was halted in both eastbound and westbound lanes, although westbound traffic resumed after a medical helicopter took one injured driver to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. (
