Scouting report

Wittenberg notes: A victory tonight would give the Tigers a 4-0 mark against the four teams behind them in the standings: Wabash and DePauw (both 6-2 NCAC) and Wooster and Ohio Wesleyan (both 5-3). In the final half of the conference schedule, the Tigers have road games at Wabash and DePauw and home games against Wooster and Ohio Wesleyan. ... The Tigers lead the NCAC in just one category: offensive rebounds (12.5 per game).

DePauw notes: Including series with more than five games and at least one matchup in the last 30 years, DePauw is the only NCAA Division III program with a winning record against the Tigers. The teams have played three times in the NCAA tournament. ... Like Wittenberg coach Bill Brown, DePauw coach Bill Fenlon is the all-time leader in wins at his school. His first season, 1992-93, came one season before Brown’s first season. ... Sullivan is the brother of Wittenberg graduate Chris Sullivan, who finished his career last season as the Tigers’ all-time leading 3-point shooter.

Women’s game: Wittenberg hosts DePauw at 6 p.m. It’s the first NCAC meeting between the two schools. DePauw (15-1, 8-0 NCAC) is ranked sixth in the nation. DePauw is 5-1 all-time against Wittenberg, and all those games took place between 2002 and 2007. Wittenberg (8-7, 4-3 NCAC) beat Wooster 67-43 on Saturday.
