URBANA — Urbana High School senior Zach Stillings scored 29 points, topping 1,000 points for his career as the Hillclimbers won their 11th straight game, beating Springfield 72-54 on Friday night.
Stillings, who also had 12 rebounds, now has 1,001 career points. Tristan Singer added 20 points for the Hillclimbers (14-1).
Freshman Henry Alexander had a career-high 17 points and Ryan Minney added 14 for Springfield (5-11), who dropped its third straight game.
Catholic Central 68, Lehman Catholic 56: The Irish led 34-20 at the half, and held off a late charge to 12-4 overall.
Brian Kelly had 21 points, five steals and four assists, Calum Latham had 12 points and Reed Buxton added nine rebounds for Central.
Lehman Catholic (9-7) outscored the Irish 26-18 in the fourth quarter.
Anna 54, West Liberty-Salem 41: Landon Hormann had a career-high 30 points as the Tigers, who had just four players score in the game, fell to 6-12 overall.
The Rockets (13-5) made seven 3-pointers and shot 47 percent (21-for-45) from the field in the victory.
Blair Academy (N.J.) 53, Graham 34: Wiatt Hanlin had nine points as the Falcons (10-5) had its seven-game winning streak snapped.
