KENTON — Junior Trischa Lacy scored a career-high 40 points in the Urbana High School girls basketball team’s 74-67 victory over Kenton on Monday.
She hit six 3-pointers and 12-of-15 free throws. Lacy’s previous career high was 32.
Urbana improved to 12-6 with its second straight victory.
Kaley Moss had 18 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists.
Xenia Christian 56, Emmanuel Christian 51: The Lions led 16-7 after the first quarter, but Xenia Christian surged ahead with a 22-10 advantage in the second quarter.
Megan Ball led Emmanuel with 20 points. Chelsea Ison scored 13, and Hannah Decker had 12.
The Lions lost their second straight game to fall to 9-10 and 4-7 in the Metro Buckeye Conference.
