SPRINGFIELD — Lauren Davy and Amber Blanton posted 6-0, 6-0 victories at No. 1 and No. 3 singles, respectively, leading the Northeastern High School girls tennis team to a 4-1 victory over Greeneview on Monday.

The Jets improved to 12-1 and 3-0 in the Ohio Heritage Conference.

• Freshman Taylor Culbertson improved to 14-0 with her 14th straight-set victory of the season, helping Tecumseh (8-6, 7-5 CBC) trim Stebbins 3-2 in Central Buckeye Conference play.

• Emily Bonar won 6-1, 6-1 at No. 2 singles for Kenton Ridge (9-7, 8-7 CBC) in a 5-0 victory over Bellefontaine. The No. 1 doubles team of Brigette Castiaux and Fran Pippig won 6-2, 6-0.

Volleyball: Southeastern (9-7, 7-2 OHC) beat Greeneview 25-16, 25-16, 25-16 to stay in a second-place tie in the league. Emily Hammond had three aces and 11 digs for the Trojans.

• West Liberty-Salem dropped the first game to Triad, but rallied for a 19-25, 25-22, 25-21, 25-13 win. Becka Peterson had 17 kills and Rachel Loffing added 16 digs for the Tigers (11-3, 8-1 OHC). For Triad (5-9, 4-5), Anna McKenzie had 20 assists.

• Catholic Central (13-2, 7-2 OHC) beat Northeastern 25-18, 25-10, 25-17 to stay a game behind front-running West Liberty-Salem. Alison Lohnes scrambled for 34 assists, while Allyson Duncan added 13 kills, three blocks and 16 digs for the Irish.

• Kenton Ridge beat Emmanuel Christian 25-18, 25-20, 25-11. Tess McNeil had eight kills and two aces for the Cougars.

Girls soccer: Mackenzie Cooper, Taylor Bates and Katie Nickels each scored twice in a 7-0 victory for Greenon (3-8, 3-4 CBC) over Indian Lake.

• Monica Tenorio had a goal and an assist for Northwestern (11-1, 7-0 CBC) in a 3-0 victory over Urbana.

Boys soccer: Kagen Buchhop had three goals and Cody Carpenter added two in a 6-1 victory for Greenon (5-4, 4-2 CBC) over Indian Lake.

• Matt Lemming had a hat trick as Tecumseh stayed in a first-place tie in the CBC Kenton Trail Division with a 6-0 victory over Bellefonatine. Landon Smith had five saves to earn the shutout for the Arrows (7-2-1, 5-1 CBC).

• Adam Roberson had two goals and an assist for Kenton Ridge (6-2-2, 5-1-1 CBC) in a 4-0 victory over Shawnee.

• Cody Circle scored three goals for Northwestern (6-4-1, 3-2-1) in a 5-2 victory over Urbana.
