SPRINGFIELD — Northeastern’s Nick Wiseman hit a 3-pointer with 20 seconds left in overtime as the host Jets stunned first-place Greeneview 56-55 in a Ohio Heritage Conference contest Friday.
Evan Bradds, who scored 22 points, hit a 3-pointer with 7 seconds left in regulation to force overtime for the Rams (7-2, 5-1 OHC). Cody Parker added 13 points for the Jets (5-6, 4-3 OHC).
Northwestern 59, Greenon 58: Cody Lough, who scored 18 points, hit two free throws with 7 seconds left to give the host Warriors the win.
Tevin Springs scored 15 points and Jesse Aukerman chipped in 14 for Northwestern (3-5, 2-2 CBC). Anthony Colletti scored 18 points for Greenon (4-4, 2-2 CBC Mad River).
Mechanicsburg 46, Catholic Central 45: The Indians outrebounded the Irish 36-24, including a 13-2 edge offensively, to stay in a tie for second place in the OHC. Cody Callicoat had 11 points and Nick Callicoat added 10 for Mechanicsburg (6-4, 5-2 OHC). Brian Kelly had 23 points for Central (6-3, 4-3).
Southeastern 60, Cedarville 26: The Trojans defense allowed a season-low in points to stay in second place in the OHC. Duncan Mercer scored 18 points and P.J. Banion added 14 points for Southeastern (5-3, 5-2 OHC).
Tippecanoe 53, Kenton Ridge 52: Jacob Hall hit two free throws with three seconds left for the Red Devils (4-6, 2-2 CBC Kenton Trail). Adam Roberson had 14 points for KR (4-5, 0-4 CBC).
West Liberty-Salem 60, Triad 39: Landon Hormann and Ross Hickenbottom each had 15 points for the Tigers (4-5, 4-4 OHC).
