Senior Ellie Blanton and Kasey Schipfer tacked on the additional goals. Schipfer also tallied two assists.
The rest of the assists came courtesy of Gabby Terry (2), Chloe Jacobs and Skyler Campbell.
Sophomore goalkeeper Emma Wilson had one save to earn the shutout for Mechanicsburg.
They will go on to play Greeneview at Greenview on September 7th.

Madison 4, Carlisle 1: Madi Porter and Emily Phelps picked up wins to help sweep the singles matchups. A 3rd singles set was forfeited.
Oakwood 5, Eaton 0: The win moves Oakwood to 9-0 on the season.
Preble Shawnee 5, Dixie 0: The doubles teams of Jane Feck and Lauren Smith and Zoey Collins and Shay Neal won their sets to help Preble Shawnee.
Sidney 4, Stebbins 1: Hailey New, Naomi Riegel and Madison Frank all won their sets to sweep the singles matchups.
Tecumseh 3, Spg. Shawnee 2: Ashley Fite and Hope Cuy Castellanos picked up the singles wins for Tecumseh.
Tippecanoe 4, Trotwood 0: The doubles duo of Jordan Jones and Claire Wint picked up the win at 1st doubles. The 2nd singles set was a forfeit.
