High School results for Feb. 17: Northmont closes regular season with win

Christian Wilson scored 20 points in leading Greater Western Ohio Conference West champion Northmont to a 71-54 win over Miamisburg in Friday boys basketball action.

Rodney Richardson added 13 points and Vinson Walker 11 for the T-Bolts, who improved to 18-4.

Lathan Hartman had 19 points and Duncan Hall 14 for Miamisburg (10-11).

Sidney 62, Greenville 60: Andre Gordon put up 19 points and Ratez Roberts 16 to lead GWOC North champion Sidney. Isaiah Gable had 20 points for Greenville.

Fairmont 62, Beavercreek 53: Jack Hendricks put up 18 points and Cade Morgan 12 for Fairmont. Cedric Baldwin had 23 points in a losing effort for ‘Creek.

Xenia 66, Fairborn 60: Brandon Love tallied 17 points, Kobe Hughlett added 15 and Samari Curtis 12 for Xenia. Brandon Easterling recorded 22 points with 11 rebounds for Fairborn.

Stebbins 64, West Carrollton 59: Jonathan Mpanzu carried Stebbins with 21 points. Jayden Evans had 17 points for WC.

Vandalia 60, Tippecanoe 58, OT: Miles Joiner hauled in 26 points with 12 rebounds and Tyler Burley tacked on 19 points to lead Vandalia. Caiden Smith topped Tipp with 17 points.

Lakota East 58, Colerain 40: Evan Kuhlman put up 22 points and Jarett Cox 21 to lead East.

Lakota West 41, Middletown 38: Cameron Anzer carried West with 17 points and Bash Wielend added 11. Aaron Jones scored 11 points for the Middies.

Princeton 57, Hamilton 45: Myles Howard had 12 points and Daizure Morris 11 for Hamilton in the loss.

Northwestern 68, Indian Lake 55: Northwestern clinched the Central Buckeye Conference Mad River title with the win.

Bellefontaine 45, Tecumseh 35: Led by Dawsin Tillman’s 16 points CBC Kenton champion Bellefontaine beat Tecumseh. Clay Mastin had 16 points in a losing effort.

Fenwick 58, Carroll 53: Matt Cogan had 15 points and Jack Seltsam 14 in a losing effort for Carroll.

Preble Shawnee 56, Milton-Union 45: Joey Bates scored 17 points and Andrew Monnin 13 for Preble. Blake Smith led Milton-Union with 17 points.

Brookville 46, Monroe 40: Tyler Scherer carried Brookville with 21 points. Tristan Backas had 18 points for Monroe.

Ross 60, Talawanda 53: Joey Wright tallied 19 points off the bench and Landen Angel added 16 for Ross. Evan James and Tyler Hornsby scored 14 points apiece for Talawanda.

Mount Healthy 62, Edgewood 54: Eddie Driskell scored 21 points and Garett Gabbard added 13 in a losing effort for Edgewood.

Tri-Village 46, Ansonia 45: Gavin Richards had 23 points for TV. Hunter Muir led Ansonia with 11 points.

Franklin Monroe 54, Miami East 43: Parker Hesler had 15 points and Mason Conley 13 to lead FM. Logan West tallied 22 points with 9 rebounds for East.

National Trail 54, Bradford 45: Dalton Mason recorded 21 points with 10 rebounds to lead National Trail.

Fairlawn 77, Anna 60: Nathan Lessing poured in 30 points for Fairlawn. Griffin Doseck tallied 19 points for Anna.

Greeneview 78, Mechanicsburg 34: Mason Schneider scored 24 points and Kollyn Brooks added 17 to lead Greeneview. Joey Mascadri paced ‘Burg with 16 points.

West Liberty-Salem 55, Triad 30: Tyler Louden had 15 ponts and Max Eggleston 14 for WLS. Hadley LeVan tallied 11 points for Triad.

Dayton Christian 60, Yellow Springs 46: Matt Welker led all scorers with 22 points and J.T. Thornhill had 12 of his 14 points in the second half for DC. Andrew Clark paced Yellow Springs with 12 points.

Russia 46, Fort Loramie 45: Daniel Kearns scored with 3.3 seconds to play to give Russia the victory. Tyler Siegel led Loramie with 12 points.

Delphos SJ’s 60, New Bremen 41: Tim Kreeger put up 19 points and Robby Saine added 14 for DSJ. Avery Powers led New Bremen with 16 points.

Fort Recovery 86, Minster 82, OT: Micaiah Cox poured in 33 points with 9 rebounds and Payton Jutte tacked on 23 points for Fort Recovery. Aaron Ernst put up 28 points and Isaac Dorsten had 18 points with 11 rebounds for Minster.

Marion Local 74, New Knoxville 60: Kyle Hoenig led Marion Local with 18 points and Tyler Mescher tacked on 17. Nick Topp topped New Knoxville with 20 points.

St. Henry 55, Prkway 46: Tyler Schlarman scored 21 points and Ryan Luttmer added 10 for St. Henry.
