Reds roller coaster pulling into Kings Island

It wouldn’t be a stretch to say that the Reds are something of a roller coaster, so Tucker Barnhart, Scott Schebler and Eugenio Suarez will fit in today at Cincinnati Reds Day at Kings Island.

The catcher, right fielder and third baseman will be at the amusement Park in Mason, Ohio, to take questions from fans at 11 a.m. at the Festhaus.

Having lost five of six games since the All-Star break, the Reds were fairly hot before than when they won eight of 13 leading up to the July 11 contest in Marlins Park.

They'll try to get back on track tonight against the Marlins in Great American Ball Park, where Miami's Jose Urena will pitch against Cincy's Homer Bailey.

Schebler has hit 22 home runs and driven in 44 runs, both career highs, since coming to the Reds’ organization from the Dodgers in the 2015 three-way trade that sent third baseman Todd Frazier to the White Sox. He’s batting .242 and has made several outstanding defensive plays this season.

Suarez hit his 14th and 15th home runs of the season in Thursday’s 12-2 loss to the Diamondbacks and could with a solid season closeout match the career high of 21 last year. He’s batting .256 with 49 RBI.

Barnhart’s batting .262 with two homers and 14 RBI.

If you’re going to be at Kings Island, what would you ask the guys (or what will you ask if you are there)?
