Bengals-Browns notes

• Cincinnati quarterback Andy Dalton is shooting for his third consecutive 300-yard passing game against Cleveland, which if it happens would account for half of his career total of his six.

• Browns left tackle Joe Thomas is scheduled to make his 100th consecutive start since entering the NFL in 2007.

• With six touchdowns in seven trips to the red zone, the Bengals rank second in the NFL in touchdown percentage inside the 20 (85.7).

• Cleveland is the site of both Marvin Lewis’ first career victory as a head coach (21-14 on Sept. 28, 2003) and Andy Dalton’s first career win as a quarterback (27-17 on Sept. 11, 2011).

• The Bengals have not allowed an opponent to score a touchdown on its opening drive in 21 consecutive games.

• The last Browns head coach to beat the Bengals in his first try was Bill Belichick in 1991.
