Area boys high school basketball highlights for Jan. 15


Fairborn 43, Kenton Ridge 41: Fairborn scored with 45 seconds left. Kenton Ridge had its chances but couldn’t make a basket.

Nick Lacey scored 11 points to lead Kenton Ridge (5-7), Carl Justice scored 10.

Jordan Michael led Fairborn (5-9) with 16.

Northwestern 52, Northeastern 48: Northwestern won its second of the year behind 25 points from Cody Lough. Arrian McCorkle scored 17.

Daniel Lenk had 14 for Northeastern (5-8). Andrew Williams scored 10.

Graham 62, Greenon 48: Grant Goddard led Graham with 19. Cody Carpenter scored 17 for Greenon (5-7).

Mechanicsburg 68, West Jefferson 57: Nick Callicoat had 21 points, 13 rebounds for Mechanicsburg — both career highs. Brandon Purk scored 17, Luke Marsh 14.
