Bengals on the field for minicamp

The Cincinnati Bengals are on the field for the first of what will be three practices during the mandatory minicamp that runs through Thursday at Paul Brown Stadium.

“We’ve had a good offseason thus far with our guys, and our revisions, and our changes moving forward with the development of some young guys and the immersion of all of our draft picks into our program,” Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said. “It’s been good and productive. We have basically five more practices left this offseason that will lay good groundwork as we enter into training camp in July. We’re in a good position.”

Following this week’s minicamp, the Bengals will be back on the field next week to conclude the offseason program with OTAs before taking a few weeks off prior to the July 24 start of training camp.

Minicamp practices are closed to the public but open to the media.
