National Signing Day: Where are area players going to play college football?

The first college football early signing period is set to begin later this month. 

Not everyone in the large group of Division I prospects in the area’s class of 2018 has made his college choice, but some who have will take advantage of the change in rules. 

Here is who we know so far planned to sign or has signed during the early period, which began today and runs through Friday:
