Fantasy baseball: Should you add Luis Castillo?

Luis Castillo has started just four games as a Major Leaguer, but there are some people out there who like the Reds’ starting pitcher -- a lot.

The folks at Fansided suggest that the younger hurler with major gas could be a positive pick-up for Fantasy baseball players heading into the second half of the season.

Castillo, who began the season in AA ball, is 1-1 with a 3.13 ERA and while in 23 innings he's surrendered 22 hits, five home runs and walked 10, he's been impressive in his ability to work out of trouble.

It helps to have a heater that touches 101 mph; no wonder he’s struck out 30 batters.

Perhaps most importantly, all four of his starts have come against playoff contenders: the Nationals, Rockies, Brewers and Diamondbacks. So, there’s that.
